Lyon & Healy Style 2000
Lyon & Healy began researching and developing the Style 2000 Electroacoustic harp in the 1980s to meet the growing demands of harpists for a pedal harp with both acoustic and electric capabilities. Each string is amplified with an individual pick-up that converts the traditional acoustic instrument into an electric pedal harp. Similar in design and feel to the traditional concert grand pedal harp, the Style 2000’s Sitka spruce soundboard facilitates the transition from acoustic to electric without compromising the classic Lyon & Healy sound.
